My revision process took about an hour to complete. I went back through my paper an re-read it. I re-worded sentenced that sounded off and double checked my grammar and spelling on my first draft. Then I went and looked at the comments I had received from peer editing and edited my paper based on the things that they had said. I read over my annotations and the parts of the chapters and Ted Talks I was applying to my paper. I found quotes that helped to support my ideas further and put them in my paper to give it more “They Say.” I then found other quotes and ideas I had written about in my annotations to add more depth through other paragraphs in my paper. I then re-read and checked my grammar and spelling, and created my work cited page!
Hi, Kayleigh,
Thanks for posting your update. You do not need to be as concerned with wording and surface-level edits on your first draft. Content will change, so dedicate your time to starting with global change from first draft stage. I look forward to reading your revision!
